This 3 – day CPM course will cultivate the core knowledge and skills that apply to any product at any time during any phase of the product lifecycle. In this course you will learn how to define your product’s Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and use experimentation to get important customer insights to successfully build and launch your product or make changes to an existing product.
